This March, we're spotlighting inclusivity. Workplaces comprise people of many different backgrounds, beliefs, values, and perceptions, but one thing that shines is the fact that we all come together. As a result, this month, we're promoting a message of "make an impact, make a difference". This means celebrate diversity and embed inclusivity into your workplace culture. Here's how...
Promote our monthly theme of inclusivity. Celebrate everyone's difference, because we're all unique. Hold a morning tea or informative webinar!
Drive awareness of our Neurodiversity Support stream (if it's not part of your EAP offering - it's time to opt in), designed to support employees who are neurodivergent and those caring for people who are neurodivergent.
Raise awareness of our specialist services (FKA Specialist Helplines). Highlight what's available to your staff and how they can book.
Take the time to recognise all the awareness days that have happened this month. But don't forget to celebrate each event on the day!
Converge’s Neurodiversity Support helps employees and leaders understand and work in neuroinclusive workplaces. We provide confidential support for employees and managers delivered by qualified and experienced specialised consultants.
Expert support and tips for wellbeing and functioning inside and outside of work.
Guidance on referral options, including for diagnosis and additional support.
Guidance on how to support neurodivergent staff as people leaders and managers.
Download and share our poster with your teams so they know we're here for them and how to access our Neurodiversity Support service! If you haven't opted in for Neurodiversity Support, contact our team here.

Awareness days create a shared moment to pause, learn and act. They focus attention, give teams language to start meaningful conversations, and connect personal experience to organisational values. Used well, they spark reflection, learning and inclusion - long after the day itself.
International Women’s Day (8 March) celebrates women’s achievements and advances gender equality. Mark it with a focused event or resource share, and encourage leaders and teams to take everyday actions.
Neurodiversity Celebration Week (each March) recognises and values different thinking styles—ADHD, autism, dyslexia and more. Use it to spotlight strengths, normalise adjustments, and share practical resources or talks so teams can better support neurodivergent colleagues.
World Down Syndrome Day (21 March) celebrates the talents and rights of people with Down syndrome—held on 3/21 to mark the triplication of chromosome 21. Mark it by sharing stories, highlighting inclusive employment and communication tips, and inviting teams to learn practical ways to support colleagues and families.
Transgender Day of Visibility (31 March) celebrates trans and gender diverse people and their contributions, while promoting inclusion at work and in the community. Mark it by sharing pronoun and respectful language guides, spotlighting lived stories, and signposting support so teams can be confident allies.
This March, we're spotlighting inclusivity because all workplaces should embrace diversity and acceptance. Your teams have come from vastly different backgrounds, hold diverse perspectives, and bring a unique outlook to the task at hand. That's why we're providing you with the tools to help your diverse workplace thrive.

People with a disability are often overlooked during the hiring process. For a person with a disability, attaining their dream job can be difficult when they’re faced with stigmatisation and other factors. This can potentially impact people with autism.
