Flourishing Connections 

Relationships and connections are integral to our mental health. Having fruitful relationships with friends, family, and colleagues allows us to be more collaborative, minimise stress and anxiety, and gain more value and happiness in life. Whether we're introverted or extroverted, we still have relationships that matter to us. So, this month, we're spotlighting relationships, how to overcome conflict, and seek connections that are meaningful. Here's your guide on how to spread awareness...

Week 1

Kick off the month with a “Connection Check-in”: encourage 15-minute coffee chats or walk-and-talks, spotlight active listening and appreciation, and share how to access Converge support. 

Week 2

Promote Conflict Coaching to educate your people with proven strategies to resolve conflict early, maintaining a positive and productive workplace. 

Week 3

Organise a meet and greet session for team members who may not typically interact. Think speed dating, but more talk, less dating. This will help foster new connections between departments, bringing everyone together.

Week 4

Run a celebration and reflection day for Reconciliation Week. Explore awareness training for leaders and employees to adopt an inclusive approach and promote connection through education.
