March 2026

Make an impact. Make a difference.

This March, we're spotlighting inclusivity. Workplaces comprise people of many different backgrounds, beliefs, values, and perceptions, but one thing that shines is the fact that we all come together. As a result, this month, we're promoting a message of "make an impact, make a difference". This means celebrate diversity and embed inclusivity into your workplace culture. Here's how...

Week 1

Promote our monthly theme of inclusivity. Celebrate everyone's difference, because we're all unique. Hold a morning tea or informative webinar!

Week 2

Drive awareness of our Neurodiversity Support stream (if it's not part of your EAP offering - it's time to opt in), designed to support employees who are neurodivergent and those caring for people who are neurodivergent.

Week 3

Raise awareness of our specialist services (FKA Specialist Helplines). Highlight what's available to your staff and how they can book.

Week 4

Take the time to recognise all the awareness days that have happened this month. But don't forget to celebrate each event on the day!

Awareness Days

Awareness days create a shared moment to pause, learn and act. They focus attention, give teams language to start meaningful conversations, and connect personal experience to organisational values. Used well, they spark reflection, learning and inclusion - long after the day itself.

Neurodiversity Support

Leave with share-ready resources and a simple checklist to help your people thrive.

Thrive Podcast

Breaking Barriers & Overcoming Hurdles

Our Thrive episode for March will be coming soon, but we thought this would be a great opportunity to look back on an amazing interview we conducted with our Executive Director of Client Relationships, Jade Nicholson. She has a very empowering story that is the perfect message for International Women's Day. This is what we discussed...

  • Jade's journey from our contact center to senior leadership
  • How she navigates being a mum to two wonderful kids and managing the demands of worklife
  • How she handles imposter syndrome and implementing her self-care strategy
