This one's for the leaders!

To all the leaders out there, both in current leadership positions and those aspiring managers, expert support is on hand. This August, our spotlight is leadership. Management is challenging. There's performance management, wellbeing check-ins, recognition and validation, keeping the team productive and happy. It's a lot. So, signpost your managers to our manager support service and share our range of resources below! Also, we have a range of awareness dates to celebrate this month, so here's your wellbeing guide on how to promote...

Week 1

Run a leadership training session with your managers. Give them the opportunity to discuss the challenges they face and recognise their - and their team's - wins.

Week 2

Promote our Manager Support service! Showcase the value that we can provide by highlighting our support with people management strategies, approaching mental health conversations and more. Don't forget to show them how to book!

Week 3

This week it's Bullying No Way Week. Bullying impacts many and has disasterous consequences. So, highlight the importance of kindness and acceptance. Share our tipsheets and resources!

Week 4

To wrap up the month, it's Wear it Purple Day! This event is designed to support and celebrate LGBTQIA+ youth, so prompt your teams to break out their coolest purple outfits and hold an in-person event.

Awareness Days

Awareness days create a shared moment to pause, learn and act. They focus attention, give teams language to start meaningful conversations, and connect personal experience to organisational values. Used well, they spark reflection, learning and inclusion—long after the day itself.

Bullying No Way Week

Bullying No Way Week is a chance to reinforce a culture of respect and safety—making it clear that bullying, harassment and micro-aggressions have no place at work or school. Use the week to share clear reporting pathways, run a short learning or pledge activity, and equip leaders with conversation guides so people feel safe to speak up and get support.
