What is the process when an extra sessions request is declined?

Our consultants are specially trained to help individuals achieve their desired outcomes within a certain number of sessions, and they may suggest additional resources or outside support.  
 
It's important to note that our consultants are not able to guarantee additional sessions to the individual beyond what is initially agreed upon, during a session or even if an extra request has been submitted for consideration. The consultant would also discuss other possible referral options or support services, such as safety planning, referrals to a general practitioner for mental health support, or more affordable mental health care option.
