What do Legal Support sessions involve? Is this mandatory to offer?

Legal Support sessions provide access to expert support from experienced legal advisors for short-term legal issues. The service helps individuals gain a clearer understanding of the law and of the individual’s legal options across a range of areas including family law, relationship matters and parenting arrangements, legal wills, tenancy and renting, real estate and property matters, consumer disputes, etc. It is not mandatory to include Legal Support in your contract.
