What disability inclusion programs do you have?
DISABILITY INCLUSION
Converge actively supports the disability sector and directly employ individuals who are neurodivergent, have sensory disabilities, or experience long term mental health conditions as part of our commitment to social procurement and advancing disability aspirations. Converge supports opportunities for employees with disability through:
- A Social Procurement commitment to identify 2 suitable disability employment partners to establish a work experience/placement program.
- Providing accessible workplaces and infrastructure, and flexible work policies.
We have set measurable targets to increase disability inclusion in our Social Procurement Policy.
