In Australian locations where EAP does not have any presence, what is the turnaround time from appointment booking to actual face-to-face session?

Face-to-face consults with EAP will be available in almost all locations unless the area where you operate is highly remote. Turnaround time for booking a non-urgent face-to-face appointment may vary depending on how remote location is. Telehealth appointments will be available within 24 hours.
  • Face to face (metro): Within 3 business days
  • Face to face (regional): Within 5 business days
  • Face to face (remote): Within 10 business days.
