I have received a proposal from you, do I have to pay for counselling on top of the management fee?

The proposal is based on a fee-for-service model, where specific services are billed outside of the annual management fee at the hourly rate listed in the proposal.  The annual management fee offers you and all of your employees access to our wellbeing app, as well as reporting.

We can also offer retainer or all-inclusive contract options, where all services are encompassed within a single fee.  If you would like to know more about our other pricing options, please submit a request for one of our team to be in touch.
