  • On site within 2 hours for metropolitan area. 
  • On site within 6 hours for regional area.  
  • On site within 24 hours for remote areas with ongoing phone contact – ongoing phone is an option as part of the three follow ups that occur after an onsite however we can still offer onsite support as needed it doesn’t have to be phone.
