How do you build trust with team members and their families accessing the service and the confidentiality of these services?
One of Converge's core values is that 'we hire for heart' - we specifically seek employees who are empathic and have strong relationship building skills. This is why 90% of our clinicians are rated 8/10 or higher by clients. Another important part of trust is continuity of service.
We prioritise making the same clinician available for a client to ensure that wherever possible clients have continuity of care. Converge has a comprehensive, experienced, diverse and highly skilled clinician network. On intake, employees will be asked for their clinician preference, e.g., gender, mobility, cultural & language considerations. Our aim is to provide the best possible fit for the client and their presenting issue.
We also support employees who, for whatever reason, may not have connected with their clinician and can transfer them to another clinician based on their feedback, presenting issue and requested needs.
In regards to privacy, the Converge Privacy Policy is publicly available on our website and included information on where and how data is stored and disclosed, how personal information is used and how clients can access and correct information.
