How do I know the invoice is for one of our employees?

When employees contact us for services, they are required to provide specific information that verifies their affiliation with your organisation. This includes details such as the specific organisation, department, division, year of commencement, whether they are fulltime or part time, employee status etc. 
 
While we cannot disclose individual names due to confidentiality, we confirm their eligibility before services are accessed.
