Do I have to give my employees the full 6 sessions?

Our standard proposal is based on a fee-for-service model with 6 sessions per issue per employee, where you only pay for the sessions utilised. 

We can adjust the number of sessions to better align with your organisation’s needs. For example, we can reduce it to 3 or 4 sessions per issue per employee, or 3, 4, 6 sessions per annum per employee – whichever option or number of sessions you feel more comfortable with.
