Converge is a member of:

  • EAPAA: Converge is a level one member of the EAPAA and as such abides by their Code of Ethics and the Australian Standards Guidelines. Our Executive Director Strategic Solutions, Lana Schwartz, has been a member of the EAPAA Executive since 2017, and EAPAA President since 2019. As part of our commitment to improving the EAP industry, we actively support and often present at EAPAA’s conference and professional development events. 
  • Phoenix Australia: We are a foundation member of Phoenix Australia (formerly the Australian Critical Incident Stress Association) and adhere to the Australian Standard for Post Traumatic Mental Health guidelines.
  • WayAhead Workplaces: As a member we participate and hear from mental health subject matter experts, latest studies and workplace programs. WayAhead Workplaces is part of WayAhead – Mental Health Association NSW.
  • The Mental Health Council of Australia
